OUR history

Humble Beginnings
This is where Hoses24 started... Dave and Jess in the office by day and on site / completing stock runs by night. Operating from a tiny office in a house on their Emerald farm, these two set out to create a custom service solution that no client had ever seen before.

All the while juggling 2 kids under 2yrs old. With two amazing technicians in the field and a single mobile service truck, this small family business embarked on a journey to make a name for themselves in the mining industry. 4 Team members, 1 mobile service truck.

2012
Humble Beginnings
This is where Hoses24 started... Dave and Jess in the office by day and on site / completing stock runs by night. Operating from a tiny office in a house on their Emerald farm, these two set out to create a custom service solution that no client had ever seen before. All the while juggling 2 kids under 2yrs old. With two amazing technicians in the field and a single mobile service truck, this small family business embarked on a journey to make a name for themselves in the mining industry. 4 Team members, 1 mobile service truck.
2013-2014
The Vision is Coming to Life

Double-click this text to edit it.With the pressures of providing Unstoppable Production to our growing clientele, Brad joined our humble team & took on the specialty parts ordering position. Now there were 3 desks in the tiny office, making it a little too tight. Dave decided to build an official office in the shed on their Emerald property and in came the first ($90,000) stock order and the first hose container at NRW Middlemount. Hoses24 grew to 6 team members and 2 mobile service trucks.
2015-2017
To improve is to change
Leaving Emerald behind, Dave and Jess now call Yandina Creek their home, and the office is re-located to Coolum Beach into a corporate environment. Hoses24 branches into Dysart and officially started operating in Moranbah, where nightshift began. Jeff officially stepped up as Operations Manager! The Moranbah Warehouse was leased, and the official commercial Workshop was born. Hoses24's showroom 'Customer Experience Centre' came to life, operating 7 days a week. The Hoses24 team doubled to 13 team members and 4 mobile service trucks.
2018-2020
The Growth begins
Hoses24 implemented extensive internal development of all processes and systems and became a paperless company. Hoses24 stock levels increased by 231% between 2018 & 2022. Our mobile service trucks grew from 4 to 13 in these 2 years and the Hoses24 team became a family of 50. The culture flame was officially reignited!
2021-2022
Moving on up
The Hoses24 Head Office was re-located from Coolum to Forest Glen when Dave & Jess signed a lease and completed the fit out. This new location is set out to be our extensive training facility for all new Hoses24 team members, warehouse for stock and home to our Sunshine Coast Head Office team. In addition, another branch was opened in Biloela and our Glencore contract commenced. With a total of 3 workshops, 13 mobile service trucks and an ever-growing Hoses24 team - watch this space, see where we grow next…
