ACCOUNTS ADMIN SUPERSTAR

Hoses24 is a diverse and family orientated business that supplies, installs and maintains hydraulic hose and equipment across the Coal Mining, Industrial and Agricultural sectors in Queensland.
We are currently looking for a Full time Admin All Rounder to join our Head Office team at Forest Glen, for an immediate start.

What you need to possess:
  • Your communication skills are off the charts, both written and verbal. Your professional and friendly demeanour lights up any room
  • (2yrs min) Prior experience in a similar role
  • Proactive and self-motivated. Whether you're solo or in a team, you bring the energy!
  • With your excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to handle sensitive information like a pro
  • You're the problem-solving superstar. Challenges? You face them head-on, exploring new moves and always seeking improvement
Tasks & Duties:
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency that's as infectious as your laughter
  • As a customer service superstar, you'll assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks, managing your own customer base of accounts while keeping the good vibes flowing
  • Our Operations team will rely on your support in processing daily worksheets & ledger systems and keeping the team running smoothly
  • You've got an eye for detail and love to dazzle, so drafting and preparing documents, reports, and presentations will be your specialty
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and files, ensuring they're easily accessible
  • You're the master of travel planning, so assist with travel arrangements like booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the team
  • Keep the office groove going by providing general administrative support, ordering supplies, managing office equipment and other ad-hoc duties like a pro
  • Supporting our management team and accounting department personnel by acting as a liaison between different departments and external contacts, ensuring communication is run smoothly
